After the ceremony was done, their family and friends congratulated them right outside the church, The weather was perfect so we spend some time right there. After everyone hugged and kissed newlyweds, we headed into the nearest park for some bridal portraits. The weather was perfect so it was wonderful to spend a little bit of time outside.
While the bridal party was lining up for photos Amanda and Andrew were sneaking kisses 🙂 well just like all newly weds do while wedding photographers are yelling at everyone else :). Plus why not, aren’t those kisses are the sweetest too?!
Having bridal portraits in the park is almost perfect because the light is perfect in certain spots, all the trees are bushes become a perfect backdrop for any wedding photograph and bride and groom can relax a little on the bench or enjoy each other’s presence in the shade of a tree while wedding photographer (in this case me:) can find beautiful angles and moments for newlyweds.
The cake was decorated with a bird cage. And center pieces on the tables were little bird houses and birds on the tree branches. It was so elegant, rustic and simple at the same with with a beautiful meaning of a new nest being created.
After we were done with their photos we headed back to church to celebrate their marriage with the family and friends. Cozy and friendly atmosphere, beautiful rustic decorations, delicious homemade meal, live music. Things rarely get any better on the wedding. Amanda and Andrew enjoyed everyone’s company and after a little bit we went outside and get a big awesome group shot in front of the church. And why not go for another kiss :)….and maybe a dip too just because Andrew is so good at it :).
