Stephanie and Mike’s wedding day was literally perfect! From the sunshine, to the temperatures, to Stephanie’s most stunning wedding dress, to their funniest bridal party and the priest! Yes, you heard it correctly – funniest priest! From the beginning of the day when I was greeted and teased by bride’s dad :), to the last song of the evening, I knew it will be one of those days that I wish I could have every weekend. It was a Sunset Ballroom at Jack Baker’s wedding but not all the fun has happened at that beautiful and unique venue! Girls got ready at Stephanie’s dad’s home (which was beautiful!!!! Totally my dream home!) and the guys got ready at a hotel near the church. The morning was light-hearted and fun and everything felt like pops of champagne and confetti! AND you will be able to see LITERALLY the cutest flower girl photo I have taken to date!!! I just can’t stand all the elements happening there! What is not pictured in this blog post (but definitely included in Stephanie’s gallery) is the cutest moment of the youngest flower girl sobbing while standing on Stephanie’s wedding dress. I wonder if it could win some wedding photojournalism award because of how much emotion she was experiencing in the middle of this gorgeous environment.
After the girls were all gorgeously dressed up and ready, we went to church and Stephanie and Mike got married!!! After some family portraits on the boardwalk in Point Pleasant right there near the church it was time for bridal party and bride and groom photos. And wow! Mike’s groomsmen are hilarious! I always say there is always a trouble maker somewhere in the bridal party. Well, that day there were a few… a few that behaved haha! The rest just wanted to have fun! And yes, Stephanie and Mike will have a good set of very fun photos in their gallery hehe! Will they dare to share! We’ll see!
And now, as we have arrived to the Sunset Ballroom, it was time for the party!!! The most beautiful water view was definitely overshadowed by all the dance moves that Stephanie and Mike has prepared for their wedding day AND!!!! Then Stephanie and her dad’s THE MOST EPIC father-daughter dance that I have ever seen. I loved every moment of it and was very thankful that they have prepared me for what will be happening and I could capture everything to the best of my abilities! But yes, it was an incredible day with amazing people and I am SO thankful to be able to be a part of their memories!!!
